About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to expand their presence in the Kimberley market. This role focuses on representing clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial facilities. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and managing transactions to successful completion. The ideal candidate possesses robust market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing superior service to commercial real estate clients in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, and industry contacts.
- Market commercial properties effectively through various channels to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Conduct property tours, present proposals, and negotiate lease or sale agreements.




- Perform market analysis and property valuations for commercial assets.
- Manage the transaction process from initial contact through to closing.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker or Agent.
- Proven track record of successful commercial property transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kimberley and Northern Cape commercial property market.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
- Valid real estate license and relevant professional certifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding client portfolio.
