You will use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill and judgment and work within the LPN scope of practice to provide holistic nursing care to meet the physical, safety, emotional and spiritual needs of clients and their families in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality, home-based nursing care within LPN scope of practice, contributing to individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to meet client needs in community settings. Comfortable working in Maple Ridge and Port Moody Knowledge of postoperative wound care (an asset)
