Do you like meeting people, building connections, and turning great conversations into opportunities? As our Development Manager, you’ll open doors and bring new funding onboard. Identify, cultivate, and secure new donors, corporate partners, and other sources of support, turning prospects into meaningful relationships, and relationships into funding opportunities.

Develop and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, building strong, long-term relationships. Lead donor meetings, presentations,



site visits and other opportunities to connect people directly to TFSS’s impact. Deliver compelling fundraising materials including proposals, reports and presentations, working closely with the Communications team.

Persuasive and confident, with the ability to engage donors, sponsors, and senior stakeholders, and communicate a compelling case for support. Exceptional oral and writing skills, and the ability to convey information persuasively though conversations, proposals, and presentations. Self-directed and organized, able to manage multiple relationships, projects, and deadlines while working independently.

experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT is a strong asset. University degree or college diploma in fundraising, communications, marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of five years direct experience working in a fundraising/development role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
