Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications, you will be responsible for creating clear, engaging communications that connect team members to Pattison Food Group priorities. In this role, you will support a wide range of communications tasks, projects and events, and bring priorities, initiatives, and stories to life through effective messaging, content creation, and channel management, ensuring communications are accessible, on-brand, and audience-focused. Creating and delivering engaging internal communications content that connects team members to company priorities.

Developing communications for company initiatives and events, including store openings/closures, program launches, and major events.



Providing expert proofreading and editing to support teams in delivering clear, high-quality and on-brand messaging. Partnering with leaders to develop executive communications, including key messages, presentations, and announcements.

Supporting media relations, including drafting responses, supporting press outreach, and protecting the company’s reputation. Turning business plans into explicit communication strategies and tools for leaders and teams. Working with stakeholders across the organization to align messaging and gather content. #
