Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager NOC: 42201 SASKATCHEWAN HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT AGENCY Posted Date: Full time Permanent Education: University Bachelor's Degree Contribute to the Agency’s annual plan and strategic direction. Lead the planning, development and implementation of community engagement, policy, settlement, immigration and retention strategies and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with communities, employers, regulators, post-secondary institutions and other partners.
Apply best practices and continuous improvement principles to evaluate performance and achieve objectives. Oversee immigration and settlement frameworks, guidance and escalation processes supporting physicians and other health professionals. Provide strategic direction for community and stakeholder engagement activities that support long‑term retention outcomes across Saskatchewan.
Ensure effective use of data, analytics and reporting to support decision‑making and performance monitoring. Approve policy positions,
engagement strategies and briefing materials related to settlement, immigration and retention. Oversee related processes, workflows, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
Supervise the Senior Policy Analyst and Stakeholder Relations Lead, including performance, work planning and development. Exercise independent judgment in recommending engagement and policy approaches that support executive and Board decisions. Ensure policy analysis, stakeholder engagement and recommendations align with Agency priorities.
Manage reputational, operational and stakeholder risks related to engagement, settlement, immigration and retention activities. Provide senior operational support to the Executive Director to ensure continuity, coordination and issue escalation. Extensive local and occasional national or international travel may be required.
Work outside regular office hours may be required. #
