- Deliver focused care tailored to each resident’s needs
- Observe and communicate changes in resident conditions
- Collaborate on care plan development and implementation
- Support residents in community participation and mobility
- Report safety hazards to ensure resident well-being
Requirements:
- Graduate of recognized Health Care Aide program
- Experience with seniors in health service settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification preferred
- Complete a current Vulnerable Sector Check
