Northern Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Fort Nelson Hospital team. The role provides nursing care to assigned patients under established policies and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes. The LPN supports care planning, assessments, advocacy, and documentation, and participates in staff orientation and care conferences. Shift rotations include days and nights in a 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00 schedule.
