Hamilton Continuing Care is seeking a Permanent Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. This role supports residents with daily living activities, personal care and companionship, working within a multidisciplinary team on the 3rd Floor. Applicants must hold a PSW Certificate (600 hours or more) or have equivalent PSW/PCA experience. Training will be provided; inclusive workplace with accommodations available per AODA policies.
