Compliance Information Services Liaison - Bilingual (English/French) Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement Position(s) language: 1 Temporary - up to 12 months with possible extension 10OAD - Office Administration 10 $29.53 - $34.75 Per hour* *ServiceOntario's Business and Personal Property Branch (BPPB) is seeking a results-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills. You will investigate and respond in both French and English to customer inquiries and promote and ensure compliance with Branch-administered legislation while acting as a liaison between the branch and service delivery partners. The Business and Personal Property Branch (BPPB), Registries and Licensing Services Division accepts, reviews and fulfills corporation registration and information filings, business registration and search related service requests received through the mail channel and supports fulfillment of business and personal property security related information and transaction requests received through the electronic, in-person, and telephone channels. respond in both French and English to a high volume of complex customer inquiries; research multiple legislation and regulations to ensure accurate customer response; work in collaboration with internal/external partners to resolve customer issues; promote and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations; monitor the accuracy of public records to ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
You must possess oral and written French language skills at the advanced level. knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to interpret and apply it to respond to complex inquiries and assess compliance ability to learn and apply mandates, services, policies, standards, and procedures experience using research methods and tools to gather, verify,
and analyze information Customer Service and Communication Skills proven analytical skills to investigate and resolve inquiries or complaints and assess potential compliance issues ability to interpret legislation, policies, and precedents to provide guidance Organization and Administrative Skills manage multiple cases and shift between priorities as needed Data and Computer Skills experience using computer applications to prepare documents and manage information familiarity with office equipment and tools to support day-to-day operations How we support diversity, inclusion and accessibility We are building an inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
