YOUR ROLE

Do youwant to apply your accounting expertise in a stimulating environment andactively contribute to improving workflows and processes? NEUF is looking for aJunior Accountant to join its Montreal team.

Workingdirectly with the Assistant Director – Accounting and Operations, you will playan active role in daily financial operations and month-end processes, acting asa key figure in the accounting cycle of a growing company. Additionally, youwill support the accounting team by participating in the implementation of thenew ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint).

YOUR DAY TO DAY

- Perform project-basedaccounting in a multi-company environment (60%);

- Collect and prepareinvoices, including validation and assignment to projects;

- Manage accounts payable,prepare invoices, and process payments;

- Diligently validate timesheets;

- Prepare bank reconciliations;

- Reconcile credit cardexpenses and expense accounts;

- Contribute to theapplication of internal control procedures and collaborate on theirimprovement.

YOUR SKILLS

- DEP, DEC, or Bachelor'sdegree in accounting ;

- 5 years of experience in asimilar role ;

- Proficient in advanced Exceltools and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SORT, Pivot Tables, etc.).

ASSETS

- Knowledge of Power BI ;

- Knowledge of Microsoft GreatPlains ;

- Experience with DeltekVantagepoint ERP system.
