Construction & Landscaping Lead Hand We are hiring an experienced Construction & Landscaping Lead Hand to join our Saskatoon team. This is a full time, year-round position for someone with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction, landscaping, hardscaping, or exterior renovations. Winter work includes residential and commercial snow removal.

Lead and assist with construction and landscaping projects including decks, fences, patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage, concrete prep, irrigation, metal roofing, cladding, framing, and exterior repairs. Coordinate crews, materials, tools, and equipment; train crew members; and troubleshoot job site issues.

Experience with decks, fences, hardscaping, grading, drainage, and exterior construction Physically capable of outdoor manual labour Must live in or near Saskatoon Assets ~ Trailer experience, equipment certifications, First Aid or fall protection, concrete, irrigation, carpentry, siding, roofing, or landscaping certifications.
