About Our Client

Our client is an established general contracting company operating in the ICI buildings construction industry and based in Edmonton, with a primary project focus across Alberta and British Columbia. The organization has an excellent culture and offers a competitive remuneration package. Based on current growth and project acquisition, they are looking to attract multiple experienced Construction Site Superintendents to the business to oversee projects across Alberta and BC.

- Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of work.
- Monitor on-site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site meetings to address project progress and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates.

The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Site Superintendent should have:





- Proven experience in ICI GC/CM new build projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- The ability and desire to travel across Western Canada to oversee various projects
