Overview ADP is recruiting an Implementation Specialist to help clients leverage ADP's business solutions so they can focus on growing their organization. What you’ll do Implement ADP solutions for clients in accordance with ADP guidelines and client expectations.

Own all project aspects: analysis, configuration, validation and problem‑solving. Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades. Lead new business conversions to the ADP platform while ensuring high client satisfaction and productivity.

Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues. Guarantee client satisfaction and retention by delivering solutions on client‑defined timelines. Maintain accuracy of all client setup aspects and exchange routine information with client project teams.

Support customer service during high‑volume periods. To succeed in this role Minimum 3–5 years of payroll industry experience. Solid MS Office (Word/Excel) skills. Project management knowledge. General knowledge of operating systems and internet concepts.

Effective communication skills.



Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross‑functional teams. Bonus points ~ Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
