STEMCELL Technologies is looking for two Content Editor and Corporate Writers to help ensure our customer-facing marketing communications and collateral meet high standards for scientific accuracy and editorial quality. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Scientific Communications, you will edit a wide range of scientific and marketing content, ensuring that messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with STEMCELL's brand voice, editorial standards, and marketing objectives. In this role, you will work closely with writers, marketers, scientists, and other subject matter experts to strengthen content and help communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to scientific audiences.

You may also contribute to corporate writing projects and/or support initiatives related to the curation, quality control, and management of marketing content. Success in this role requires scientific fluency, exceptional command of the English language, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with writers and stakeholders across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Edit and refine customer-facing marketing content to ensure copy and messaging are clear, engaging, easy to follow, and aligned with STEMCELL's editorial standards, marketing strategy, and brand across different audiences and channels.

Help ensure the scientific and linguistic quality of marketing content produced by STEMCELL, reviewing materials for scientific accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and style.

Provide constructive editorial feedback and coaching to writers across the organization, helping them strengthen their writing and effectively apply STEMCELL's brand voice and messaging style guidelines.

Write and edit corporate (non-product‑specific) content, such as articles, press releases, advertisements, flyers, emails, website content, and other marketing communications, and contribute to projects related to content quality, curation, and management.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a life science‑related or biomedical sciences discipline with 6 - 10 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience; or PhD with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree or higher is preferred.





Proven experience editing and writing content for scientific audiences, with the ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts.

Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, style, and usage, with strong editorial judgment and a well‑developed sense of voice, tone, messaging, and audience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive editorial feedback and collaborate effectively with writers, scientists, marketers, and other stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining consistently high standards for quality and accuracy.

Ability to understand communication and marketing objectives and apply sound judgment when shaping content for different audiences, formats, and channels.

The annual salary for this job ranges from: $81,700.00 - $122,500.00. STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.

In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health perks, retirement savings, and more.
