Responsible for accurate, timely payroll execution, with solid focus on ADP Workforce Now, system integration, tax compliance, and operational excellence.

• Compliance Process bi-weekly payroll across Canada and U.hourly and salaried) Validate payroll data (earnings, deductions, garnishments, adjustments) Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data Data Integration &

• Reconciliation Import, balance, and validate timekeeping data into payroll systems Process pensions,



RRSP/401(k), and employer contributions Reconcile payroll, vendor, and benefit deductions

• Partner with HR on employee data changes (hires, terminations, updates) Coordinate special payments, bonuses, and off-cycle runs Projects &

• Continuous Improvement Support payroll projects (data validation, UAT, system integration) Contribute to process improvements and system optimization initiatives Payroll Expertise: Strong Canadian payroll knowledge

• S. payroll strong HRIS and Excel capability Continuous Improvement: 3+ years high-volume Canadian payroll experience

• Oracle ERP exposure is an asset ~
