Contractor Sales Representatives partner with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, contractor sales representatives can make recommendations which solve customers’ problems. Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service Provide resource for sales associates Produce quotes, material lists and follow up on deliveries Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets Maintain a contact list and contact schedule for prospective and existing customers Grow the geographic sales area by building new relationships with contractors and strengthening relationships with existing accounts Continually learn about products and market conditions Ability to quickly develop a trusting relationship with current customers, and build rapport with existing customers Experience in sales is preferred Knowledge of lumber and building materials, and the construction process is an asset Bilingual – French/English We are committed to creating accessible environments for our colleagues, candidates, and customers.
