We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. Prepare ingredients and complete daily food preparation tasks Ensure consistency, quality and presentation standards are maintained Maintain inventory and communicate ingredient requirements to management Follow food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations and food preparation areas Receive and properly store food deliveries Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members Minimum 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety procedures FoodSafe Level 1 certification is considered an asset Alfred's is a neighbourhood Italian restaurant located in Revelstoke,
