You are an experienced cook who enjoys working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards. During your mandate, it will be your responsibility to support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu.



You will use your skills to help create an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site.

You will be asked to prepare general food production, cooking, serving as well as other assigned tasks. Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing. You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Strong planning, organizational and time management skills as well as computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Red Seal is an asset. Sodexo is committed to Employment Equity and Diversity.
