Job Title: Construction Coordinator, Western Canada Team: Corporate Development Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time 123Dentist is one of Canada's largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations. As Construction
Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring multi-site construction projects across our expanding clinic network. Reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate & Facilities, you will support project teams in executing builds, renovations, and clinic upgrades on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. This is a field-based role centered in the Greater Vancouver Area, with frequent travel required to project sites across our western network.
You will spend significant time on-site working directly with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and aligned with company standards. Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects across multiple sites Travel regularly to project sites across the network to conduct in office visits, inspections, and progress reviews Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports Organize and lead project follow-up meetings, including notes, minutes,
and action items Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify risks or gaps Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning Support management of resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management processes Receive, verify, and code project invoices Receive and present project quotes College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field ~2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments, or in a similar construction project coordination role Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project sites across the network, including overnight travel as required Valid driver's license and ability to commute regularly to project sites within the Greater Vancouver Area and beyond clear, open communication that keeps project teams aligned strong task planning and time management, particularly across multiple concurrent projects proactively manages challenges and unexpected issues on-site stays current with industry practices and project requirements Team-oriented mindset with strong professional relationship-building skills Play a hands-on role in shaping the physical growth of Canada's largest dental support organization Build expertise across a high volume of diverse, fast-paced construction projects Partner closely with senior leadership in Real Estate & Facilities and Corporate Development Be part of a collaborative, fast-growing healthcare organization with a clear national presence Build a rewarding career in a dynamic, travel-oriented role with variety in every project #
