This role involves assisting with machine operations, loading and unloading sheet metal, and performing quality inspections to ensure top-notch production. If you’re eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing role, this position is designed for you. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in production activities for Laser and Punch Operators
- Load/unload sheet metal materials and finished parts
- Conduct basic inspections with measuring gauges
- Sort and prepare parts for production efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness using 6S standards

Requirements:

- Experience in manufacturing or sheet metal is advantageous
- Read and understand basic drawings and instructions
- Solid attention to detail and quality output
- See yourself learning CNC laser operations
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots mandatory
