In this position, you will engage with First Nations communities, providing essential mental health support and education.

Your work will involve collaboration with health professionals, ensuring appropriate risk assessments and utilizing trauma-informed best practices. You will also maintain client confidentiality while actively participating in community development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored counselling services to clients
- Conduct group programs and emotional management strategies
- Engage in community education and development activities
- Maintain electronic records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor clients through assessments and updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related mental health field
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Must hold a valid Class G Driver’s License
