Join FIREFLY as a Counsellor to enhance mental health support for children and families in Northwestern Ontario. Engage in culturally safe and client-centered counselling practices. In this role, you will provide essential counselling services, complete assessments, and develop intervention plans tailored to client needs.

Collaborating effectively with community partners is crucial, as you will deliver services in diverse environments including in-office and virtually. Maintain documentation according to agency and ministry standards while participating in ongoing career development. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individual and group counselling services
- Complete clinical assessments and intervention plans
- Collaborate with partners and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide services in various settings and virtually
- Keep timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

- Graduate degree in Human Services or equivalent experience
- Must maintain current College membership
- Valid Driver's License required
- Fluency in French is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
