As a Counsellor at FIREFLY, you will play a vital role supporting the mental health and well‑being of children, youth, and families across Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide individual, family, and group counselling services using evidence‑informed, culturally safe, and client‑centered approaches. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, community partners, and service providers to support integrated care Deliver services in a variety of settings including in‑office, schools, community locations, and virtually Contribute to service planning, program development, and quality improvement initiatives This full‑time position is based in either Dryden, ON or Sioux Lookout, ON, with travel required throughout the region to support clients and attend team or community meetings.

Some evening and weekend work is required.



Adaptable scheduling is available within the 35‑hour workweek to accommodate client and service needs. A Master’s or Graduate degree in a Human Services field is preferred; an undergraduate degree in Human Services is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
