We are looking for a Client Service Representative Within our Program Group to join our team in our Blainville office!

Address client inquiries related to assigned insurance programs, providing timely and accurate information. Respond promptly to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor. Request, track, and follow up with insurers and clients for missing information, endorsements, or policy documentation.





Review policy wordings and associated documentation for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors as needed. Track and follow up on outstanding client receivables to ensure that accounts are up to date. Assist with various special projects and perform other duties as required by management.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is required Willing to get RIBO licensed Bilingual with solid verbal and written communication skills in French and in English Comprehensive knowledge of Professional Lines insurance and policy wordings Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with EPIC is a strong asset Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service Lorenzetti, BFL CANADA is one of the largest employee-owned and operated Risk Management, Insurance Brokerage, and Employee Benefits consulting services firms in North America.
