For Credit Qualifiable roles:
must meet required credit qualifications, including relevant portfolio knowledge and skills per established standards. Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Technical proficiency developed through education and/or professional experience.
Problem solving, collaboration, and attention to detail, Analytical thinking and credit risk assessment, Loan structuring, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance, Banking operations and Microsoft Office.
Advanced Proficiency: Data analysis tools, Financial analysis. Salaries for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
