The crew assignment coordinator's main responsibility is to ensure that all Air Transat flights are adequately staffed. They will manage positioning changes during all irregular operations.
Daily management of operations related to flight crew. Daily management of AIMS-produced schedules. Management of daily changes (following FSN messages, modifying crew schedules). Daily monitoring of staffing levels versus operations.
Experience in complex schedule management, an asset. ~ Knowledge of AIMS, RADIXX, ACES or Sabre, a major asset.
~ Ease with the MS Office suite and various technological tools. ~ Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written*). A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
