Norquay Co-operative is hiring a full-time Crop Input Specialist at our Agro location in Norquay, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:

Reporting to the Agriculture Manager, you will provide sales, service and crop input support to local producers while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Provide crop planning, fertility, crop protection and in-season solutions.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Work toward sales, margin and inventory targets and assist with product forecasting.
- Support grower/supplier programs, rebates and program execution.
- Coordinate product and service delivery with Agro operations.




- Lead field tours, informational meetings and trials.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Ensure products are handled and recommended safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with the Agro team to provide exceptional customer service.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
- Have a degree/diploma in Agriculture, post-secondary agronomy education or Certified Crop Advisor designation.
- Have 5+ years related experience, including 3+ years leadership experience.
- Have strong communication, customer service, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Can manage grower and supplier programs and rebates.
- Are willing to continually develop your knowledge and skills.
- Are bondable and hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence.
- Are honest, trustworthy, results-oriented and value teamwork and collaboration.
