Become an integral part of HOOPP’s investment team as a Cross-Asset Investing Associate. You will focus on thematic investment portfolios, utilizing AI and research for informed decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, this role requires 2 to 5 years of experience in public markets and cross-market analysis.

You'll conduct in-depth investment research, assess macroeconomic developments, and develop investment theses across various asset classes. Your skills in data synthesis and AI-enabled workflows will drive effective investment decisions and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify investment opportunities from macroeconomic trends and structural themes
- Develop investment theses with key drivers and risks outlined




- Conduct adaptable and structured fundamental research
- Create and maintain AI-driven investment research workflows
- Translate research into actionable investment expressions

Requirements:

- University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2 to 5 years in investment research or thematic analysis
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Proficiency in Python and Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools in investment contexts
