Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily recycling operations at our Calgary, AB facility. You will drive secure, efficient production of recycled aggregate, supervise frontline teams, and coordinate maintenance and material flow to meet quality and cost targets.
We value hands-on leadership, strong safety culture, and collaboration with maintenance, logistics, and plant leadership to enable continuous improvement. Travel up to 20% across AB, MB and SK may be required.
