You'll conduct important pre-testing activities, assist with benefit claims, and engage in frame maintenance, all while ensuring excellent customer interactions. Your understanding of eye anatomy will help guide patients effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Optometrist with accurate prescriptions
- Guide customers in selecting fashion-forward frames
- Conduct pre-testing for patient evaluations
- Process third-party benefit claims for clients
- Repair and adjust frames as necessary

Requirements:

- Certification or license from a recognized opticianry institution
- Genuine care for eye health and customer engagement
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible mall hours
- Ability to prioritize tasks with urgency
