Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday You will work within the Réseau des Femmes d'affaires du Québec (RFAQ), a well-established and rapidly growing organization recognized for over 40 years for its impact on women entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders.

What you'll do as Customer Relations and Business Development Specialist – Maia Project Customer Experience and Support: Collect feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Business Development and Partnerships: Coordination and Follow-up: Act as a liaison between users, partners, and internal teams (product, technology, deployment).



Track performance indicators related to customer experience and business opportunities. Produce reports and recommendations to improve relational and commercial processes.

Significant experience in customer relations, business development, or partnership management (3–5 years minimum). Project management skills and experience tracking performance indicators. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency with digital tools and collaborative platforms (CRM, Office/Google Suite, client tracking tools).

Real vacation time: Three weeks of vacation plus a full two-week closure over Christmas—without dipping into your bank. Summer schedule with Friday afternoons off, from Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day to Labour Day. A mix of in-office and remote work, with at least one day per week in the office.
