Position Summary

MINISO Canada is seeking a bilingual (English & French) Customer Service & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support customer communications, social media content creation, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with stores and internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries related to membership programs, rewards, promotions, and gift cards, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice across all customer communications.
- Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms.




- Plan, film, and edit short-form video content to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with customers by responding to comments and messages.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and content calendars.
- Assist with membership-related inquiries and other administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service, social media, or marketing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with content creation, video editing, and social media platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
