Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Our client is an established industrial products and distribution organization serving customers across a range of commercial and operational environments. They are looking for a customer-focused skilled to join their local branch and play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and contributing to sales growth. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where customer service and operational accuracy are equally significant.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person. Process customer orders accurately, including order entry, freight arrangements, invoicing, and related documentation. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and transportation providers to ensure customer requirements are met. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, identifying replenishment requirements, and working with warehouse teams. Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support sales growth.





Provide counter sales and in-person customer support at the branch. Maintain accurate records, invoices, receipts, shipping documentation, and other required paperwork. Provide occasional after-hours customer support when required.

Develop knowledge of the company's products, customers, vendors, and industry to provide increasingly effective support. Contribute to a collaborative branch environment and assist with other operational responsibilities as needed. 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, or a related role. ~ Experience within an industrial, distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or technical products environment is an asset. ~ Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. ~ Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly. ~ Post-secondary education is preferred. ~ Bilingual French/English skills would be considered an asset.
