As a Customer Advisor , you'll be responsible for: Guide Parts and Service customers in outfitting and maintaining their RVs to ensure an optimal camping experience for the duration of their ownership of the unit. Recommend and sell unit repairs and upgrades, as well as required maintenance Work with the RV Outfitter team members on specialized parts and/or service requests Perform Active Customer Pick-Ups,



walking through all customer pick-up units to ensure satisfaction with completed work Accept service unit drop-offs by checking units in and conducting unit inspections Continually learn and apply sales skills, techniques, and best practices You can find our dealerships in Carstairs, West Edmonton, East Edmonton, Calgary, and Medicine Hat, and we're always looking for amazing people who want to build a long-term career with us.
