Learn and apply best practices for customer engagement while building your expertise in the platform. Some experience or exposure to customer service, support, or any client-facing role (internships, part-time work, or volunteer experience all count!). Good typing skills (or a commitment to enhance speed and accuracy).

Strong communication and active listening skills, with a passion for understanding and solving customer needs. Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers. Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Discretionary bonus Remote position based in Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta, Canada The salary range for this role is CAD 55,000 to CAD 60,000 per year. This position is initially remote, with the possibility of becoming hybrid in the future. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
