Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional requirements for support tickets minor enhancements and change requests within the D365 CE environment
Work with technical teams to translate business needs into feasible D365 CE configurations workflows and automation using Power Platform tools
Participate in incident triage root cause analysis and resolution planning Ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in support and enhancement activities
Maintain and prioritize the AMS backlog in collaboration with product owners and delivery leads Facilitate grooming sessions and support sprint planning for minor releases
Maintain uptodate documentation including process flows functional specifications and user stories Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for end users
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring clear communication of requirements timelines and impacts Support change control processes for scope adjustments
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the AMS scope
Recommend enhancements that improve user experience and system performance
Must Have
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM
Proven experience supporting AMS engagements or longterm CRM support programs
Solid understanding of D365 CE modules such as Sales Customer Service and Case Management
Experience with Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps and basic data modeling
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Familiarity with Agile Scrum and DevOps practices
Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps Jira and Confluence
Nice to have
Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant Associate is preferred
