Borderland Co-op is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Whitewood Dairy Queen. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in recruitment, training and development and performance management. Assist with performance reviews.
Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety. Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence. You are looking for a career in Customer Service and: Possess 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant setting, including supervisory or management experience. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary. Ability to fulfil physical job requirements including manual labour.
