We are seeking a customer‑focused Data Analyst to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, enjoys engaging with stakeholders, and is passionate about empowering others to advance their analytics capabilities. You will contribute to building our enterprise data foundation—including the development of our data lake, secure data access, and advanced reporting—and support analytics across the HR function.
The role also involves applying AI technologies and building analytical agents to automate insights and enhance decision‑making. Partner with business and leaders to understand operational challenges and develop data‑driven solutions that support strategic decision‑making. Act as a trusted advisor, educating internal customers on analytics tools, data literacy, and best practices for self‑service and data‑informed thinking.
Support the development and evolution of the enterprise data lake, including defining requirements, validating datasets, and enabling downstream analytics. Manage user security and access controls to maintain governed, appropriate data access. Deliver analytics and reporting across Human Resources, providing visibility into performance, risks, and trends.
Build and deploy AI‑powered analytics capabilities, including agents that automate data processing, summarize insights, and augment reporting workflows. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Alteryx. Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and standardize data and analytics processes.
Support data governance practices including data quality, integrity, metadata standards, and stewardship. Mentor colleagues on interpreting data, leveraging analytics, and applying emerging AI tools effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. ~2–5 years of experience in analytics, data management, or business analysis. ~ Experience applying AI in a business context, including building or deploying AI agents. ~ Experience working with data lakes, data pipelines, or enterprise data platforms is an asset. ~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset. ~ Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel. ~ Ability to explain complex analytical and AI concepts in clear, engaging ways for non‑technical audiences. ~ Strong problem‑solving abilities and a creative, innovative approach to analytics. ~ Background in statistics, Lean, or Six Sigma is an asset.
We are committed to creating accessible environments for our colleagues, candidates, and customers. Requests for accommodation due to a disability (which may be visible or invisible, temporary, or permanent) can be made at any stage of application and employment. Our recruitment advisors and hiring teams will utilize human screening combined with AI technology to help identify the skills and qualities that matter most to our business, while safeguarding your privacy and using AI responsibly.
