Calgary, Alberta | Hybrid | Full-Time

Join a growing Calgary-based energy technology company using AI to modernize how the energy industry manages critical land, asset and document data. This is not a traditional reporting-focused Data Analyst role — it combines data analysis, client implementation, problem-solving and hands-on work with an AI-powered enterprise platform.

The Impact You’ll Have

You’ll help customers turn complex, high-volume energy data into accurate, usable information. Your work will directly improve AI classification accuracy, data quality and implementation outcomes — helping clients reduce manual effort, streamline workflows and make better use of their critical business data.

What You’ll Do

Support client implementations, project delivery and technical application setup.

Work directly with customers to gather requirements, provide updates and support successful project execution.

Review metadata and AI-generated document classifications, resolving exceptions and ensuring data accuracy.

Use classification results and corrections to help continuously improve AI model accuracy.

Use Excel and other data-management tools for bulk updates, validation and data cleanup.

Write and run SQL queries to support reporting,

analysis and project requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, workflow efficiency and automation.

Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Analytical, technically capable and comfortable working directly with customers.

Proficiency with Excel and SQL for data analysis, reporting and bulk data management.

Strong attention to detail when working with data, metadata and classification rules.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Experience with enterprise systems, data platforms or workflow tools is an asset.

Experience in land and/or asset management within oil & gas or the broader energy sector is an asset.

Why Join

Work at the intersection of AI, data and energy technology in a cooperative, growth-oriented environment. You’ll have the opportunity to become a subject-matter expert in an enterprise platform, work closely with customers and contribute directly to how AI-powered workflows are developed and improved.
