We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Modeler with strong expertise in Insurance Data Modeling and ACORD standards to design and govern scalable, integrated, and enterprise-wide insurance data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with ACORD Information and Data Models across core insurance domains. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Modeler with strong expertise in Insurance Data Modeling and ACORD standards to design and govern scalable, integrated, and enterprise-wide insurance data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with ACORD Information and Data Models across core insurance domains. Key Responsibilities

- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with ACORD Information and Data Models

- Develop enterprise canonical data models for core insurance domains including:
- Policy

- Claims

- Party

- Billing

- Ensure data consistency, normalization, scalability, and integration across systems

- Map business requirements to ACORD-compliant data structures

- Apply and interpret ACORD Reference Architecture components including:

- Information Model

- Data Model

- Business Glossary

- Perform end-to-end data mapping from source systems to ACORD canonical models and target systems

- Enable interoperability across legacy and modern insurance platforms

- Support API, messaging,



and enterprise data exchange designs aligned with ACORD standards

- Design data warehouse and data lake models using ACORD-aligned structures

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into enterprise data models

- Establish and enforce enterprise data standards, naming conventions, and metadata definitions

- Contribute to data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks

- Maintain data models, data dictionaries, and mapping documentation with complete traceability

- Support modernization and transformation initiatives by aligning legacy systems with ACORD frameworks

- Perform data model validation, impact analysis, and compliance checks against enterprise and regulatory standards

Required Skills
- Robust experience in Enterprise Data Modeling

- Deep understanding of ACORD Information and Data Models

- Expertise in canonical data modeling for insurance domains

- Hands-on experience with data mapping and integration

- Strong SQL and database design knowledge

- Experience with data governance and metadata management

- Knowledge of insurance systems and business processes

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Data Warehousing and Data Lakes

- API and messaging integration experience

- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms

- Experience working in large enterprise insurance environments
