Key Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled deliveries of various goods to designated customer locations.
- Ensure accurate loading, secure transport, and careful unloading of all items.
- Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and operational state, performing basic checks.
- Assist with logistics planning and route optimization when in the office or remotely.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Code 8 or higher).
- Previous experience in a delivery driver or customer service role.
- Good knowledge of Kimberley and surrounding areas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a positive attitude.
