At GeoStabilization International, deep foundation, small diameter drilling is mission-critical work. We operate in unstable slopes, emergency geohazard conditions, and structurally sensitive environments where installation accuracy, casing integrity, and ground control determine project success . Core Technical

Requirements – Casing Focused Minimum 3+ years of deep casing drilling experience in geotechnical or ground support applications Duplex head drilling systems Dual Rotary drilling systems Temporary and permanent casing installation Strong understanding of casing sequencing, grout control,



and structural load transfer principles What Separates Good from Elite Casing Drill Operators at GSI Can run casing systems with supervision Meet installation requirements Improve production efficiency without sacrificing precision Mentor junior crew members on proper casing technique Work & Travel Expectations Outdoor work in climates ranging from mountains to deserts Typical construction-site hazards and noise levels Extensive travel—up to 100% across Canada This position has multiple compensation levels depending on experience with drilling techniques, certifications, and equipment expertise.
