Technical

Recruiter who’s passionate about technology recruitment and candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying exceptional IT talent across roles in cloud, data, security, and software engineering. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with agency or technology recruiting experience who enjoys working in a quick-paced, relationship-driven environment and wants to grow alongside a team that values transparency, quality, and delivery excellence.

Own the full candidate delivery process: Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle to successful placement. Actively build and maintain pipelines across key technical domains using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.).

Maintain data accuracy:



Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) current with candidate information, job updates, and interview progress. 3+ years of IT or technology recruitment experience , ideally within an agency environment or consulting environment. ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ~ Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho) and recruitment CRMs ~ A collaborative, positive, and delivery-driven mindset. Exposure to high-impact technology roles across cloud, security, and enterprise transformation. Opportunity for growth into senior delivery or client-facing roles as you develop.

This position will report to the Delivery Manager and VPs of the company, working closely with senior team members in both delivery and sales teams. Our office is located in the heart of the Financial District, with access to the PATH at 121 King St W. We have strong and growing relationships with key players across the industry, creating a significant pipeline of opportunities for the right person.
