Job Title: Delivery Driver (Mainland Operations) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part time Cool Dispatch is a premier refrigerated last-mile delivery and logistics company. We specialize in the temperature-controlled transport of perishables, including groceries, floral arrangements, and medical supplies. We are looking for a reliable, professional Delivery Driver to join our Mainland team.

You will be the face of Cool Dispatch, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of temperature-sensitive goods across the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who understands the importance of maintaining the cold chain and providing exceptional customer service.

Safe Transportation: Operate company refrigerated vans or light trucks to deliver goods to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Lower Mainland. Follow optimized delivery schedules provided by dispatch while using local geographical knowledge to navigate traffic and construction.

Loading & Unloading: Professional Service: Act as a brand ambassador,



providing friendly and professional service during every customer interaction.

Documentation: Use digital dispatch tools to capture proof of delivery (POD), update delivery statuses in real-time, and maintain accurate mileage and fuel logs.

Vehicle Care: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately. Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.

Experience: Previous experience in delivery, courier services, or refrigerated transport is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and move in and out of a delivery vehicle frequently.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using GPS, smartphone apps, and digital dispatch software.
