The purpose of the Operational Excellence Associate is to play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution center operations. The associate will actively contribute to identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the distribution center.

With a strong emphasis on maintaining high-quality standards and maximizing productivity, the Operational Excellence Associate will significantly impact the company's ability to deliver outstanding service to customers and drive the overall success of the Atlas Experience. Verify the accuracy of received items, check for damages, and document any discrepancies. Perform regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Pick, pack,



and prepare customer orders in accordance with established procedures when the team requires additional resources. Collaborate with other team members to meet order processing deadlines. Utilize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move and load products.

Organize and maintain the warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility. Ensure that the warehouse is clean, protected, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.

Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth workflows, order processing, and timely customer deliveries. Develop a solid understanding of the power tools and accessories sold by Atlas. Assist customers or colleagues when required.

Properly handle machinery and related equipment to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries. repeated twisting of the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves. May require the ability to operate material-handling equipment, including pump trucks.
