About the role The Demand Creation Advocate (DCA) will act as a primary internal resource for our Advanced Engineering and sales teams. He/she will administer activities related to the CRM database for supplier registration programs in a specific area.

What you’ll be working on

- Maintain DCA requirements by following registration program practices for designated branches.
- Support the Bangalore DCA team in submitting registration information to suppliers as per the registration program.
- Solicit updates from sales representatives for expiring registrations and renew them in internal systems.
- Review daily queries to ensure requests are captured and submitted promptly.
- Use the Demand Creation Associates tool daily to manage workflow.




- Support team members as needed to foster teamwork.

Qualifications and Experience

- Customer service experience is beneficial.
- Experience in a fast-paced workplace or similar role is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new computer systems.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
