you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are 1-year minimum Dental Administrator experience is required ~ Experience with dental practice management software such as ABELDent is considered an asset ~ Confident individual with strong phone and people skills ~ Must have a good command of the English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with being able to multi-task ~ Team member will be performing tasks including general reception duties: answering phones, booking appointments, submitting treatments, following up with insurance companies and collecting fees. ~ Communicating the value of dental treatment and establishing relationships with patients in order to help them in making the best decisions for their oral health ~ Outgoing and positive personality, able to provide excellent customer service to patients 123Dentist is an equal chance employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
