The Opportunity

At Passion Dental, our Dental Administrators play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our patients and supporting our clinical teams. You’ll be at the heart of the patient experience, helping ensure each visit is welcoming, organized and seamless from start to finish.

Our clinics offer a variety of environments, specialties, team structures and schedules, so there may be an opportunity that fits what you’re looking for — whether that’s full-time, part-time, a new clinical environment or an opportunity to grow your career.

As a Dental Administrator with Passion Dental, you will: Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression

Manage patient scheduling, confirmations and appointment changes

Answer phones, emails and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently

Process payments, insurance claims and account inquiries

Support treatment coordination and help patients understand their treatment options

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Communicate and collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists,



RDAs and Clinic Managers

Help maintain an effective patient flow and positive clinic experience

Support clinic goals through solid customer service and attention to detail

Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic culture

Continue developing your skills through training, mentorship and learning opportunities What Great Looks Like

We’re looking for Dental Administrators who genuinely care about people and take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.

You’re someone who is: Warm, welcoming and patient-focused

Reliable, organized and detail-oriented

Confident communicating with patients and team members

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Professional and able to handle sensitive patient information with discretion A strong problem-solver who can think on their feet

Positive, adaptable and willing to learn

Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service Dental experience is an asset, but we’re also interested in individuals with robust customer service, administrative or healthcare backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within dentistry.

What You Bring Previous dental administration or healthcare administration experience is an asset

Solid customer service and communication skills





Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
