You’ll be joining our Winnipeg team at 1485 Portage Avenue, in a full-time capacity (Monday - Sunday) Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance Help customers create thoughtful,



functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture Strong communication and relationship-building skills Appreciation for modern design, quality craftsmanship, and premium products Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance.

Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range. You’ll gain valuable experience in sales, customer experience, merchandising, and retail operations while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.
