Lead the detailed design of municipal infrastructure projects, more specifically sanitary lift stations, wastewater treatment facility (WWTF), potable water booster stations, and potable water treatment plants (WTP)

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents in accordance with municipal, provincial, and federal standards and other technical guidelines
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, environmental, structural) to deliver integrated design solutions
- Support permitting and approvals processes with municipalities and regulatory agencies
- Provide technical input during procurement,



including tendering and bid evaluations
- Perform periodic construction site visits and provide design support during construction (RFI responses, design clarifications, change reviews)
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and Englobe’s quality management systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting project delivery and business development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and registered (or eligible for registration) as a P.5–10+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure design, ideally within a consulting environment; ~ Strong knowledge of municipal servicing systems, including water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater management; ~ Proficiency with design and modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, PCSWMM, Bentley hydraulic modelling software (WaterCAD/SewerGEMS) and spreadsheet analysis; ~ Experirence with Plant 3D would be considered an asset; ~ Solid understanding of municipal design standards, approval processes, and construction practices; ~ Experience preparing contract documents and supporting tendering processes; ~ Effective communicator with strong report writing and client-facing skills; ~ Flexible schedules and the ability to compress your work hours
